Commercial & Retail
We have designed for numerous restaurants, kitchens, shopping centers, retail centers, parking structures, specialty retail and large retail stores. Each building had its own unique architectural requirements and was analyzed on the basis of available construction budget, lease agreement, utility billing configuration and life cycle costs.
Education
We have worked on many preschools, elementary schools, junior highs, high schools, charter schools, religious schools, colleges and universities around the Southwest where construction is scheduled during summer break.
Equipment Replacement
HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system upgrades include central chilled and heating water equipment, air handling units, variable refrigerant volume system upgrades, water-source heat pumps, rooftop packaged units, water heaters, air compressors, medical gas equipment, fire pumps, emergency generators, electrical gear, service entrance sections, automatic transfer switches and other…
Government
One of our specialties is municipal complexes that include police stations, courthouse and administrative offices. We have experience in design and commissioning of crime labs, detention centers, fire stations, fueling stations, state parks, historic buildings, parks and recreation facilities, libraries, transportation facilities, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Service facilities.
INDUSTRIAL & MANUFACTURING
Our experience includes humidity controlled rooms, clean production rooms, certified clean rooms, product conveying exhaust systems, gasoline and diesel dispensing fuel islands, compressed natural gas fueling facilities, acid waste piping, acid neutralization tanks and process de-ionized water supply systems for warehouses, evidence storage facilities & controlled production room facilities.
Medical
We have experience with inpatient and outpatient facilities, psychiatric wards, oncology centers, allergy clinics, eye surgery clinics, research laboratories, burn centers, surgery suites, emergency departments, trauma rooms, addiction centers and pediatric clinics. We specialize in designing cooling systems for CT and MRI equipment located within medical facilities across the Southwest.
Mixed Use
We understand and have experience integrating different styles and needs for each type of MEP system in mixed use retail, parking, commercial and residential facilities.
Religious
We have worked with multiple religious organizations, and each one has its own unique needs and worship style. We have completed renovations, additions and new construction of classrooms, multipurpose rooms and administrative buildings for religious campuses, churches, chapels, temples and other worship facilities.
Residential
We design commercial MEP systems for large custom homes. We implement residential-style HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design strategies for apartments, dormitories, lofts, condos, and military housing as well as subsidized and low income housing. We also have experience with senior care, assisted living, and Alzheimer care centers.
Resort/Leisure
We have experience with large resorts, spas, and indoor pool facilities. Our leisure experience also includes visitor centers, performing arts facilities, ballparks, lodges, RV resorts, parks and public spaces, concessions/snack bars, and TV and radio sound studios.
